Enter the dungeon

You put your hand into the hole and feel a stabbing pain shot into your arm. Gears start to sound and you feel tiny razors touch your skin, suddenly pain explodes in your arm as gears whir and the razors dig into your arm and spin around it. Finally your arm gets torn off, you stagger around for a second before you succumb to blood loss and die.
